Youth Villages child adoption services partners with the state Department of Children’s Services to find permanent homes for the children in our care who have adoption as a goal.
 

CASA of the Tennessee Heartland, a non-profit and volunteer-based agency, aims to provide a voice for abused and neglected children in the area; after judges appoint the CASA program, a volunteer matches with a child in foster care, communicating with everyone involved in the child’s case.  

CASA advocates for children's best interests in court until they are returned to their home or placed into a safe and permanent home, ensuring that they don’t become forgotten in the foster care system. 

Get Covered Tennessee (GetCoveredTenn) offers free, unbiased, one-on-one assistance to help people understand their health care options and sign up for health insurance coverage.
 

The goal of TORCH is to help the homeless find housing as quickly as possible. Their Housing First approach prioritizes the need for housing as a foundation to improve life quality, without any prerequisites such as requiring participation in service or addressing behavioral health problems.  

TORCH case managers assist with giving housing referrals, filling out applications, covering fees, and facilitating a quicker move into housing. TORCH offers face-to-face meetings providing information about services in the area and housing resources.
